James is a Contemporary Visual Artist and Graphic Designer with more than 10 years experience gained in Malawi and South Africa. His work is inspired by Nigel Mullins (RSA), a Rhodes University-educated Fine Artist.
James is represented in South Africa by Living Arts Emporium where he also received training. He has conducted several Group exhibitions in RSA and Malawi, notable one being African Art Collection at Mall of Africa, Breaking the Rules Arts (RSA), 10 Days of Malawian Art (Lilongwe, Latitude 13) and Art in the Park (Lilongwe 4 Seasons). His latest group exhibition is at Jacaranda in Blantyre from 28thSeptember to 14th October, 2023 titled “Malawi Lero (Today)”.
