Some of my Poems
FREEDOM FIGHTER
He was a man
Of favoured energy
Whose speech delivered
Like strong wind
A successful goals
In the violent game
Of torturing life
Worthy to be saluted
Boldness as secret motto
He hit the fullness
Of devouring fire from mouth
Arrows of the voices transplanted
Heaven shield scattering enemies
He firmly transplanted young heart
On the lip burning illegal Thangata system
With intoxicating speech
He firmly stuck in
Despite floods of warning
Who made him dead to rapture
Add to the list of Independence
VACCINE
That train has come
Straight for us to embark in
They say we have to outrun it
Everybody slip into avoid it
Scientist's sweat to silence it
Cry out from the din of screaming and sobbing
Scientist's cranked the engine again
Cold sweat broke out on forehead
The train whistle swelled to a wail
As ground trembled
Trying to block out screams
Unpleasant and weired hymn breakout
Stuck a wet finger in a light socket
Scientist's hoping to touch train keys again
Fight lives for many to live
Suddenly train roared to life
Like Lazarus of Minivans
They are afraid of it
And Afraid of everything
They are afraid to protest it
Bittness Rose in they throat
Trying to spat it out
DREAMS
It's a Lamentation
A song of shattered dreams
Slaughtering it into pestilence
Like Gomorrah of Sodom
Turning it into hard rock
It's Lamentation
Inhabitant dreams hidden from face
Like a tree planted along the weed land
Refuses on the face of Earth and Heaven
Like untrained bull
It's a Lamentation
Sowing a wheat but reaped thorns
Branches being broken
Like rotten figs that cannot be eaten
It's a Lamentation
With self denial dreams
Painting it with humiliation
Gluesome dreams stretch out as plunder without a price
GOD
Your care has presenced the spirit
Pour milk of life into the stomach
Give relief to Young and old
Build inheritance of good friuts
And scatter roots into moisture
Set a limit for sandals
Put the feet's in the stocks
And cast fear off
Watch it closely
Like mother Bear to her offsprings
You strength the bones of the weak
And give comfort to teardroppers
Clothed with Blessings
Like a crown
Show compassion to multitude of mercies
Futile destiny like a Vine in an Olive garden
Heap up words against you
Despise the work of your hands
Made covenant with your Opponent
Depart from your commandment
As lips utter unpurified knowledge
Like a stagger
SACRED HYMN
Sacred Hymn
With unpleasant moan
Yet owl whoot above Kamwambo tree
It is re call of nature indeed
Church bell sing a song of sorrow
Heaven gate re welcomes
Children being left motherless
Old people being uncared
Nation left motherless
Breadwinners being deplited like nature
Yet food in the stomach turns sour
Fly away like dreams
Bones full of Cobra venom
And chased away as vision of the night
Dying in groan and soul of the wounded cry
For the morning is the same as shadow of death
As drought and heat consume the snow water
