2. All venues on Malawitravel.org make sure that their guests are safe.
All service providers actively reduce the risk of any harm in any way.
3. All venues on Malawitravel.org comply to the national health regulations.
All service providers inform customers and enforce regulations.
4. All venues on Malawitravel.org act in an environmentally safe manner.
All service providers reduce the use of water, electricity, waste and pollution.
5. All venues on Malawitravel.org underwrite enactment as a good and responsible employer.
All service providers comply with the Malawi Occupational Safety, Health and Welfare Act.
6. All venues on Malawitravel.org underwrite the food/beverage safety rules:
Cleaning – We make sure we wash our hands (20 seconds), clothing, surfaces and equipment are clean before, during and after cooking and preparing beverages.
Cooking – We make sure our food is cooked (62 degrees for fish and 75 degrees centigrade for meat in the core) throughout to kill harmful bacteria.
Chilling - We make sure our foods and beverages are stored at the correct temperature (0-5 degrees centigrade) to prevent growth of harmful bacteria.
We avoid cross-contamination – We prevent the spread of bacteria to surfaces and ready to eat food and drink beverages.
7. All venues on Malawitravel.org underwrite the smoking, alcohol and drugssafety rules:
Inside the premises is smoke free.
Possession, usage or distribution of illegal drugs and controled substances is not allowed.
We sell or give no alcohol to children up to 17 years old and customers that seem intoxicated.
8. Car/Motor rental and taxi venues on Malawitravel.org comply to the Malawian car security and insurance.
Cars are maintained according to the manufacturer’s specifications. At least yearly check or maintenance of (brakes, (spare) tires, springs, wheel bearings, exhaust, seatbelts, oil, spark plugs, cooling liquids/system) and windows.
We uphold traffic regulations.
Cars are smoke free.
9. Pictures, Text and Video.
All participants on Malawitravel.org agree the usage of their provided and public pictures, text and video by Malawi Travel and associates for promotional purposes. Pictures, text and video must be owned by the venue. The venue is responsible for the accuracy and copyright of pictures, text and video on malawitravel.org.
10. Agreement with MAW travel or Malawitravel.org
Any agreement with Malawi Travel in writing of any kind is legally binding for the duration of the agreement. The agreement renews automaticlly after the duration of the agreement and participants have a 3 months notice to stop their subscripion. The marketing subsription can only be stopped if all invoices are paid in full. The financial part of the agreeement is always in USD and it's equivalent in MWK. Accepting any (change in) agreemeent can only be done by writing of any kind. Participantss agree to receive emails from Malawi Travel and associates
